Are meal plans included?

Yes! When you join, you'll fill out a short questionnaire that allows your plan to be created.

You'll be asked about:

  • Preferences
  • Allergens
  • Likes and dislikes
  • How many meals a day you want to eat

We recommend choosing 3 main meals plus 1 snack, so you get the most options.

You'll receive:

All meal plans are tailored to your starting calorie and macro goals and taking into account any allergens and dislikes. These will stay the same for the entire month.

Important: These are NOT strict meal plans. They're recipe suggestions to help you get organised and build up your recipe bank! The tailored recipes are generally quite simple, but you can swap out recipes and choose from our huge database anytime!

Is there a library of workout plans?

I get bored easily and like to do something different each week.

Great question! We totally understand the appeal of mixing things up.

Here's what we've learned as experienced Personal Trainers: the "try something new every week" approach feels exciting, but it's actually the biggest reason people don't see the changes they're working so hard for. Your body needs consistency to adapt and grow stronger.

We built this app around a smarter approach. You'll follow a structured program for about 4 weeks at a time. This lets you track your progress, lift more each week, and actually force your body to change. That's progressive overload, and it works.

We keep things interesting by introducing new training phases and focuses, just within a framework that guarantees you'll see results.

If you've been putting in the work but not seeing it pay off, this is the shift that makes the difference.

What are the training plans like?

You'll have two training options to choose from:

1. Flex Programme: Flexible training with 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Progress at your own pace through progressive strength training phases. Perfect if you want full control over your training schedule.

2. Train with Vicki: A structured 3-day full-body programme where you follow along with the community and me each month. Includes an optional 4th conditioning day. Perfect if you want structure and accountability.

Both programs can be done at home or in the gym, with full equipment alternatives provided.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

After your 7-day trial ends, your official 4-week membership begins, and you'll automatically be charged for your first month. Once your plan has started, you can cancel your membership at any time with 7 days' notice. There's no long-term commitment.

You can cancel your trial at any time before it ends. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required, so by Day 5 latest, of your trial period. You will retain access to the app for your full 7-day trial period. After this, you will no longer have access to the app.

Do I need to be 100% plant-based to join?

Nope! While all our meal plans and recipes are 100% plant-based, you don't have to be fully plant-based to join Mastery.

Many of our members are:

  • Mostly plant-based with occasional flexibility
  • Plant-based at home but flexible when eating out
  • Vegan for ethical reasons, but new to fitness nutrition

As long as you're open to eating plant-based meals and want to learn how to fuel your body properly on a plant-based diet, you're welcome here!

I'm perimenopausal/menopausal. Will this work for me?

Yes! The program was designed with you in mind. Strength training and a high-protein diet are two of the most powerful tools for navigating the changes that come with menopause. Many of our members are in the same phase of life (including me!).

How long do I have access?

Is there a library of workout plans?

I get bored easily and like to do something different each week.

Great question! We totally understand the appeal of mixing things up.

Here's what we've learned as experienced Personal Trainers: the "try something new every week" approach feels exciting, but it's actually the biggest reason people don't see the changes they're working so hard for. Your body needs consistency to adapt and grow stronger.

We built this app around a smarter approach. You'll follow a structured program for about 4 weeks at a time. This lets you track your progress, lift more each week, and actually force your body to change. That's progressive overload, and it works.

We keep things interesting by introducing new training phases and focuses, just within a framework that guarantees you'll see results.

If you've been putting in the work but not seeing it pay off, this is the shift that makes the difference.

What are the training plans like?

You'll have two training options to choose from:

1. Flex Programme: Flexible training with 2, 3, 4, or 5 days per week. Progress at your own pace through progressive strength training phases. Perfect if you want full control over your training schedule.

2. Train with Vicki: A structured 3-day full-body programme where you follow along with the community and me each month. Includes an optional 4th conditioning day. Perfect if you want structure and accountability.

Both programs can be done at home or in the gym, with full equipment alternatives provided.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

After your 7-day trial ends, your official 4-week membership begins, and you'll automatically be charged for your first month. Once your plan has started, you can cancel your membership at any time with 7 days' notice. There's no long-term commitment.

You can cancel your trial at any time before it ends. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required, so by Day 5 latest, of your trial period. You will retain access to the app for your full 7-day trial period. After this, you will no longer have access to the app.

Do I need to be 100% plant-based to join?

Nope! While all our meal plans and recipes are 100% plant-based, you don't have to be fully plant-based to join Mastery.

Many of our members are:

  • Transitioning to plant-based
  • Mostly plant-based with occasional flexibility
  • Plant-based at home but flexible when eating out
  • Vegan for ethical reasons, but new to fitness nutrition

As long as you're open to eating plant-based meals and want to learn how to fuel your body properly on a plant-based diet, you're welcome here!

I'm perimenopausal/menopausal. Will this work for me?

Yes! The program was designed with you in mind. Strength training and a high-protein diet are two of the most powerful tools for navigating the changes that come with menopause. Many of our members are in the same phase of life (including me!).

How long do I have access?

For as long as you remain a member, you will have access to the program and all features.
