Do you give me plant-based meal plans to follow?

No - we don’t do rigid, boring meal plans. Instead, we help you map out meals that work for you, based on your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. You’ll also get access to 400+ high-protein plant-based recipes to make eating simple and enjoyable.

Do I have to be vegan or plant-based?

Not at all. Around 40% of our clients are plant-curious, meaning they’re interested in eating more plant-based but aren’t 100% vegan. Our coaching is tailored to support you whether you’re fully plant-based or just plant-forward.

Can I join from my country?

Yes! We coach women globally, with clients in the UK, US, Europe, and beyond. The only exception is Quebec (Canada) due to local restrictions.

Who will be my coach?

Your dedicated coach is Amanda, a qualified plant-based nutritionist and strength coach who will guide you day-to-day. Vicki oversees your personalised program design, ensuring your plan aligns with your goals, preferences, and lifestyle. You get the best of both worlds - individual accountability and expert program design.

How much contact do I get with my coach?

You’ll have daily support (Mon-Fri) through the app with your dedicated 1:1 coach, weekly check-ins, and monthly face-to-face calls via Zoom. Plus, you’ll have optional access to group calls with Vicki and a private client community if you want extra support.

Do I have to track calories or macros?

Nope! We meet you where you are. Some clients love tracking; others prefer structure without numbers. We’ll guide you to build structure without obsession, with or without tracking.

How many days a week do I have to train?

We tailor everything to you - many of our clients train 2-4 days a week, some even less during busy times. You’ll get an effective, sustainable plan that fits your life.

I’m perimenopausal - is this suitable for me?

100%. We specialise in coaching women 35+ through perimenopause and beyond, with strategies to support body composition, energy, strength, and mood.

What if I have a history of yo-yo dieting?

That’s exactly why we do things differently. We’ll help you break free from the cycle with a flexible approach: teaching you how to lose fat, build muscle, and maintain results without obsessing over food or training.
